No drink, no good. Waste of time

We went for dinner last night to Ocean basket Cresta Crossing. It was full and we were eventually seated. We were given menus and had a look at what we could drink and eat. 10 minutes had gone by and still no one to take our drink order. 2 more families came in after us and they were served before us. I went inside to enquire and all the lady could say to me is that "she " ( being the waitress) will come just now. We waited another 5 minutes and still nothing. We eventually packed up and left. Your service sucks, and the way it was handled was with a We don't give a damn attitude. I will not recommend your service/ restaurant in any way.
