myself & my Fiance went to Ocean Basket in V&A Waterfront on Saturday & we came from the back end of the restaurant to the front & the hostess on duty told us there is not space yet there was so many open tables & we told her that there were so many tables available how is there no tables , she then said that the kitchen is not coping with the current load , i dont understand how you can firstly tell your customers that your kitchen staff is *********** , secondly why then do they have those open tables open if it wont be used to seat customers , it was the worst answer i have ever heard ever , its like telling your customer in retail store that we only 2 sales consultants so only 10 customers can come in when your store is big enough to accommodate 30 customers , extremely bad i didnt see that one coming
