I ordered my take away over the phone, i placed the order at 14:40 to be ready at 16:30. I got to the restaurant, the manager just sits on his phone - no waiter in sight - finally got the attention of the manager, just to be informed they forgot to place my order. No apology nothing just saying i will have to wait 30 min for my food to be ready.

The service is REAL bad! The manager is not what a manager should be!
