New type of Apartheid in SA?

The answer of why they don't serve wine to their fish meals: "because 90% of our customers are Muslims!" So far over the last 12 years Ocean Basket was my favorite fish restaurant and I referred lots of people to go there. We live in a country of just 2% Muslim population -wow and this minority's is now dictating in public what I want to have served to my fish meals. That is ridiculous and just bad! Does Ocean Basket licensor allow that kind of apartheid?
