My worst experience at Ocean Basket

The poorest experience I have ever had. Ocean Basket Port Alfred is disgusting over flowing toilets with urine and an owner accusing a customer of theft after the manager accepted their mistake and poor service and after no food was consumed or even received. I will never go back. What a disappointment from a franchise that used to be amazing.
