My food made me sad

In December 2015 I visited the gateway branch and our food was so bad and so dry I never returned. 1 Month ago my bf and I decided to celebrate 8 years togther and naturally ocean basket is my favourite and number one choice so we opted for pavilions branch. Sadly our prawns where burnt and my calamari heads where raw. Silly me decided to give them a second chance when going out with friends on Tuesday evening the 26th of April. We were told there was no calamari heads but we would be given extra calamari cubes. Not suprised when I received my food with no extra cubes as promised and cold rice n chips. On a good note love the OB at north beach....However I'm afraid il just be wasting money anywhere else. There's nothing more sad than giving a restaurant a second chance and it only gets worse.
