Muscle sauce with a side of ****roach anyone?

Today, 09/06/2019, I had gone for lunch at the Cape Town International Airport Ocean Basket. As I was eating the muscles I had ordered, I ate one muscle only to find a ****ROACH which was hidden underneath the meat of the muscle I just put in my mouth!!! I thereafter notified the manager (I have several words for this man but I will maintain my dignity online) who was not even the slightest bit apologetic, NOT EVEN AN IM SORRY!! After I told him I am too nauseated to eat anything else from them he sarcastically rep**** saying “I'm then not asking you to eat the ****roach”. He thereafter walked away with the ****roach and did not even bother to come back. My family and I shockingly got up from our seats unsure of what was even happening with the food on our table, our bill, our hygiene maybe? I approached the manager as he stood by the kitchen area to tell him he was abrupt and that he did not even apologize (which I had several witnesses of) and he continued to be aggressive and said I’m lying. He there after said “well if you want your apology then here take this as an apology!” Aggressively, infront of other costumers. I can almost 100% garuntee you that my appearance influenced his way of speaking to me. I am disgusted, more at the way I was treated than the ****roach! Maybe there was an excuse for the ****roach in my food, maybe It crawled into the muscle before it even got to the branch, which is forgivable, but the arrogance that came out of that manager is unforgivable and there’s absolutely no excuse for that.
