Muhammad Cassim Treats Customers Like S**t

Muhammd Cassim of Ocean Basket lenasia Trade route mall is arrogant, has **** like qualities is rude, completely unmannered, not worthy of holding a franchise like ocean basket. He lies and also cheats the franchise by selling against there agreements.<br> I went into store to purchase fish and chips, the lady takes my order at about 1220, 8 portions for takeaway. Then i changed to 4 for sitdown and balance for takeaway. While waiting scores of parcels were leaving the store for takeaway on special, ,many of the customers i know personally. at 1245 Muhammad Cassim sends his waiter to say he cannot give me the food takeaway, I approach him nicely and he just cut me of , was extremely rude and lies and say his not taking takeaway orders, I explained to him that i placed it earlier it was processed and u cant refuse now my kids are waiting and hungry. He practically told me to get out of the store also screaming at me in front of customers that i must spell his name correctly when i complain to head office,Showing he has no concern at all for franchise rules or human values. He is so arrogant i have not met a person like that in my life. Really ocean basket u have a bad example there
