Most horrible food and service ever!!! -20% rating

On 02/05/2016 we visited your Somerset mall branch to have dinner, (our date night once every two months as we have twins at home) 2x platter for 1 2 x mussel starters 1 x castle lite draft Total R 375 When our food was serves after waiting about 30min our food was cold so we had to send it back to get re heated, when we received our fish was still cold, we proceeded to have our meal regardless of both disappointments. Thereafter our chips was mealy, the calamari tubes was rubber and to crown it all the manager had nothing good to say, no discount on our meal, not even a desert on the house... Needles to say this was the most horrible meal I have ever had in my life, at any food outlet and to crown it all this on our date night!!! I will make my voice heard through social media and any form that I can get hold of in order to let people know what horrible food and service you have given us.
