Most disgusting treatment by a restuarant ever!!!!!!!

I actually did not want to click on any star. My sister and I took my mother out to eat at OB on 28/10/2018 to celebrate her birthday, disgusting service I tell you. We received our first courses and wine and were left unattended for over 40min by this time our glasses were empty, we had not even ordered proper food/main courses yet and we requested to be attended to halfway through our first courses but, this NEVER materialized. We walked to the manager and paid the bill because she (THE WAITRESS) wasn't even around to deliver the bill. He responded with a half-**** apology took the payment and that was it. I would like to get a formal and decent form of apology because as you can imagine, a special day was dulled by (***) for a lack of a better word service.
