mishandling of food

Its been my 2nd trip to ocean basket where i on both occasions have been seated next to the food expediting area and have witnessed how the kitchen staff mishandle the food being served to paying customers. Its actually disgusting as an exec chef to see how yours and other customers food are being prepared with no care whatsoever. On both occassions i have told the manager how the kitchen staff were using their bare hands to plate the dishes and actually licking their fingers after and just continuing on with what they were doing and on both occassions nothing was done to remedy the situation. That is a huge health hazard and Its only a matter of time before someone gets food poisoning or dies from the gross mishandling of the high risk food products such as seafood they serve on a daily basis. I myself or family and friends that i know will not be going to any ocean basket anytime soon as i will definitely spread the word.
