Manager with no customer service

We called ocean basket Irene and Donavan answered very polite on the phone he said the order would be ready in 20 minutes when Pule went to pick up our order after 20mins. Donavan was there busy with invoices so he asked one of the waiters to call him he said he will attend him shortly. Pule waited for 5mins with no service. He decided to leave as he was not attended to by Donavan. This was really appalling NON SERVICE! so Pule opted to go to rocca mama whom gave excellent service. We really want an apology from Donavan and advise that people don't go there as the service is disappointing.
