Management at the Waterfront branch

The manager at your branch in the Waterfront- Gordon is absolutely terrible! I came in wanting to eat last Sunday and asked him how long he thought it would be before a table outside would be available and he responded with, "I'll have to go over and ask every single customer how long they will still be here for". What a sarcastic and uncalled for response! Does this man realise he is in the service industry? Next time he should just answer the question without being a complete idiot about it. I left and would have waited to dine there had he not responded in that manner. Very disappointing.
