Mall @ Carnival Ocean Basket Manager Review

The shop manager of Mall @ Carnival Ocean Basket (Music) provides really pathetic service.

Hair was discovered not once but twice during our meal (once in the bread provided and a second time in the food ordered). When it was raised with him, he has a don't care attitude towards our query as to why is there hair in the food and that his staff is not responsible for it as they 'don't have hair'.

The query was never solved by him and just walked away.

Worse service ever from this restaurant.
