Mad house. No manager or owner afterbpeoplr leavi

We arrived at 7:30. We saw that its busy and ordered drinks and food straight away after waiting 15 min for someone to serve us. 3 clients left waiting for phone in take aways without their order. Other couple got their complimentary bread basket before us and they left 30min later. Drinks were then served to their table.... Waiters didnt notice thry left. No manager or owner in sight and waiters cant say where they are. No bread after asking an hour and 35 min after arriving. Dont mind waiting but get the basics right......
