Long Waits, Cold Food, Zero Care

We visited the Ballito branch for dinner as a family of four, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

The coffee cooler was genuinely unpleasant, especially for someone who enjoys coffee. The bread only arrived after about half an hour, and that was after asking three or four times. Even the water tasted odd.

I ordered three nigiri on the side, which were served long after the rest of my family received their meals (which were all cold). The second plate of sushi (the crunch) took over 15 minutes after the first, with the explanation that it had been waiting to be made in the kitchen.

After sitting for nearly an hour with no food, we raised our concerns with the waitress, who simply shrugged and showed little interest, stating that she had other tables to attend to.

Rather spend your money where it's valued.
