Lack of service

<p>My husband and I decided to go for dinner one evening and seafood sounded good until our experience at the Ocean basket in Mall of Africa.Firstly when we walked in there was no one at the door to greet us,we finally decided to enquire where to sit, we were then pointed to a few tables that were not cleared.We sat there when finally approached by a lady who cleared that table took our drink orders and took over 20mins to even check on us or get our drinks to us.</p> <p>The final straw was to see there was a white couple seated behind who came after us,table cleaned before us and got there food all in that time...Looking around there was just not enough people on duty.We then decided to leave no one even noticed,however when we left there were three ladies waiting at the door.I would not recommend Ocean basket Mall to anyone.</p> <p>We then decided to go to Spur Mall of Africa were we got the most excellent service for a gentle man called Matome,thanks you for saving the night.</p>
