Kids have to walk thru smoking are to use toilet

On Saturday 28/03/2015 I took my family to dinner at Ocean Basket Nina Park. It started with unfriendly staff. We order saucy bites for the kids but no saucy where brought. When I asked, They brought be a bottle of saucy, that is not how it gets advertised. <br> There was vomit in the play area that was not cleared up!<br> <br> When my 3 year old had to use the bathroom, we did not know where to find it as there where no clear indication or signs to lead the way, so I asked a waitron where I can find the toilets. I was advised that it is upstairs. When we got to the top of the stairs, the whole upper floor where the smoking area! And there was no door at the entrance of this area!!. I had to walk thru the heavily smoked area WITH MY CHILD ( that is dangerous for my child and myself ) to reach the toilets. <br> <br> The toilets was a mess and the doors did not work. I had to stand in front of the door so we could have some privacy. A male actually came and pushed the door and I hade to shout to get him out of the ladies bathroom! When I informed management they just said that they can not move the smoking area. <br> I have never had such bad experience at any restaurant ever!!<br> <br>
