I'm disappointed. Terrible experience from the moment we set foot, waiters jumped to greet us with menus as we looked forward to a late lunch, 1. unfortunately we were only attended to 20minutes after being seated. 2. Sibusiso Malunga our waiter argued with me when I told him that he served me the wrong flavor Milkshake, 3. he was so adamant and disrespectful that he insisted on taking me to the machine were they made the dessert! This is appalling because anyone can tell the difference that the flavor he gave me was Raspberry with a big fat berry garnish and not Lemon cheesecake like I had ordered. 4. To top it all the terror continued as I had to watch my mom get disrespected by a manager who refused to take off his shady non prescriptive sunglasses when she tried to explain the waiters arrogance to the Manager. I kept cool as best as I could because my baby sister was with us so I had to set a good example for her. I really hope no other family has to go through any similar experience cos it's heartbreaking to have waiters treat you like you're at the door begging for free food when you are paying. The meal ended up being a huge waste of money because there was NO remorse shown by the restaurant at all!!!
