Just that bit extra changed my night

<p>I wanted to spoil my mom out on Saturday night. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I sticked her for a movie and dinner before hand - being Ocean Basket. </p> <p> </p> <p>The place was pretty packed, but I started losing my cool after two couples who arrived AFTER us, got their food first.</p> <p> </p> <p>When my food arrived, the waiter at that time did NOT tell me they were out of stock of Squid Heads nor did I get a extra topping of Calamari to make up for it...</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say I wa appauled by the service and called the manager over.</p> <p> </p> <p>My compliment goes out to the Manager, Mduduzi (excuse me if I spell that wrong), they way you handled the situation, and managed to keep me calm, was amazing.</p> <p> </p> <p>My hat goes off to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>The matters I experienced that night was not your fault, yet you still took pride and rectified the as far as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the end of the night, we were treated to a delicious cuppachino.</p>
