Jbay ocean basket, don't go, failed franchise

Ocean basket Jeffrey Bay. Shocking and again shocking. We decided to go for a platter 4v2 meal . We walked in and no one in sight. A lady appeared and before we asked for a table( restaurant empty) she said we can't serve beer or wine as our owners didn't get liquor license renewed. I asked tobspeak to owner, manager said her ****her was ill in PE. Well another disaster lack of commitment. Owners not present or interested.
