Invoice ***3

On the 06/12/2024 we had a team lunch at the Fourways mall Ocean Basket. I called on Tuesday as I have to submit the invoice to the company to be reimbursed however I didn't know that alcohol should have been on a separate bill. I called on the 10/12/2024 spoke to Brandon the manager who advised that this could be done he would call me after 16:00 till this hour I'm waiting for his call. I called again today 11/12/2024 spoke to a Themba who advised that he can't do anything from his side and will communicate with Brandon as he said he could assist. Brandon even told me to come to the mall and get an invoice I advised that I am in Roodepoort and won't be able to do that can he rather email or send it by WhatsApp. I know i won't get a phone call because they got money out of us, but they are not understanding my personal money won't be paid back. All I'm asking for is an invoice that doesn't have alcohol for me to submit to my finance department in order for me to get my money back
