Incorrect order and did not honor commitment to fix

I ordered from ocean basket Melrose arch via mr delivery. I ordered kingklip 200g & calamari combo. when the order arrived there was no calamari (not the first time this has happened from the same ocean basket). I called the store and informed them of this the guy who answered the phone apologized and said they did not have a drive to deliver the other half of my meal. They ask please would I accept a delivery this morning and they would make it a full meal portion. Or tho I wanted the order that had paid for I agreed to this (we all make mistakes). But they have not honored there promise to me. I'm extremely disappointed in that as I feel I was fair and didnt make a huge issue of this last night
