Inconsistent

My wife and I enjoy going to the Ocean Basket at N1 often, but they are very inconsistent regarding their smoking area. Every now and then they decide to turn their smoking area in to a non-smoking area. So when I'm in the mood for some fish and a bear, only to arrive their and they changed their smoking area in to a non-smoking area. A couple of times I turned around at the door and took my business elsewhere. I feel that they should either permanently make their smoking section a smoking section or make it a non-smoking section. It will save me the time of going there just to be disappointed. It's not like they are getting more business. The non-smoking area is still empty and the non-smoking people are just sitting in the smoking area. I don't know what they want to achieve...
