Inconsistency

I normally go to the Alberton branch, but was in hospital in Sunward Park and thought it would be closer to go and eat there. I am a pensioner and at the Alberton branch they have pensioners discount of a Tuesday. I asked the waitress before we sat down about the pensioners discount, and she said that they have pensioners discount every day except Saturdays and Sundays . We had our food and it was very nice, but the service was very slow at the end. I waited for the bill for a long time (there were only 2 people eating in the restaurant at the time) and when the bill came there was NO DISCOUNT! I called the waitress (Patricia) and asked, but then she said they don't have pensioners discount unless you have a Ocean Basket Card. The Manager hear her telling us this and came to the desk to correct her and said that the cards has fallen away as well. So much inconsistency???? I will NOT visit that branch again.
