Me and my husband decided that we were going to try seafood for the first time and we chose the sandton ocean basket restaurant for that,after we ordered 45 mins ago the waiter took our drink to the wrong table even though he could see we noticed that he did not bother apologising and just left... second time he took our food to the same wrong table and even though he saw we still noticed he still did not bother apologising or anything... and other staff members just decided to just laugh it off with him not even the manager said anything about this.. how is that right though? They just took this whole experience and trashed it for us and even made it disgusting... If your sandton staff can do this that means other branches/restaurants can do the same... o completely hate ocean basket for ruining this experience for us
