Incompetence

I'm very upset as I type this review,On the 25th of November 2023 my partner and I went to Ocean basket Fourways Mall.Come time to pay the bill I paid using a card as soon as I had paid their machine switched off and did not take out the slip however the transaction had already went off my account which I showed the manager and my waitress.The manager insisted it was going to be reversed and requested me to pay again which i did .Now is the 6th of December,the last time i called them i was told to contact my bank which i had did prior .I feel very undermined and I WANT MY MONEY.
