After a year decided to go back to ocean basket carnival city.we sat and waited for a waiter to order drinks with them all standing at the entrance chatting.got rolls with no side plates.got main meal.the 3 way calamari at over R200 was small enough to be a starter.1 napkin on the table and 1 fork 2 knives.they will never see me again.service is not top of their list.will rather do ocean basket at emperors palace.
