I will not go back, EVER

Firts time we ordered Sushi, it was fresh and great. Took a while but was worth it. When the main meal arrived, paella and platter for 1, I couldnt believe its the same restaurant. Took 2 bites of my paella and I couldn't anymore. It tasted burned and was completely disgusting and the same with the platter. We sent the food back, paid and left. About two months later we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to order sushi again 16 pieces as a take away. They said it would take 25minutes. After 1 hour we evetually got our take away. The waiters are not well trained, the manager was sitting chatting with her friend and the excuse for the time delay was there is only one chef and they are overloaded, but only 30% of the restaurant was occupied. I will definately not go back to this franchise, as this is the 3rd time we have had a bad experience at the franchise. Once we were served a cold fish in a platter for 1 at Oakfields. The manager said, we are too busy.
