Sadly have to have a complaint about your establishment

Ocean Basket Sun City

Attitude of your staff and management was absolutely pathetic

Reason being from when you entered the hospitality was unwelcoming

Secondly they bring a hot pan of chips which 1 of my family members got severely burnt

Unhappy with the incompetence of the franchise
