I do not know what to call it.... just bad services

I love OB but after what happened I want to give it no star at all.I called ocean basket on my way from work to mall of Africa for collection for a plate for two and requested for it to be Cajun, upon arrival I requested for the person who was responsible for my order(Sipho/Sfiso) the gentleman came with my order and opened it, before paying I realized that my order wasn't cajun as I requested and he said he will change it, he came back, opened and I asked why my fish looks like it was just sprinkled with spices he said it was fine, they redid in so we paid and left, when we got home hungry as we were I realized the only the fish that was on top was cajun and the one below was just plain, I then decided to call the store and a gentleman who sounded 'white' answered, I relayed my story then he took my number and said he will get back to me... even today he has not called and this happened during the last week of April 2021
