Hygiene

We ordered a cola tonic with ice. As we were drinking we realised that a bug was frozen in the ice cube. Went to use the cloakroom only to find as you enter the toilet area there's toilet paper lying scattered all over the floor. The toilet basin has got black long hair in it and the floors have not been mopped for some time. I asked our waiter why does the toilet looks like that and her reply was...we do not have a company that cleans our toilets, that is the waiters responsibility. So after cleaning the toilet they go back to serving my meal???? Oh, and the "Manager" appeared after about half an hour after we were seated only to slip out the side door for a smoke break! I am sorry but I am disgusted! I am not the complaining type but this is unacceptable.
