How can this restuarant be part of Ocean Basket?

I went with my Daughter and her family(party of 4) and my wife to this Ocean Basket in Irene Mall. First of all, they locked the door on the second floor leading to the place from the lifts? There were a boy of 2 years and a baby in a pram in the party. We ordered 5 meals, two that had to be sent back. Old warmed up chips in the basket with the dip poured over everything. I ordered prawns and calamari.....the prawns were totally overcooked and fell apart when I used my fork. The calamari was like wine gums! My wife's Kingklip was rubbery and tough! This was surely one of the most disgusting meals I have ever eaten at any restaurant....and We are a fan of Ocean Basket with the one at Carnival City and Emperors being the best!! We called for the Manager and some young guy came after a while, never introduced himself. He tried to make light of our complaints and ended up patting me on my back....really??? All round, this place is a disgrace!!
