Horrid Service

On deciding to take the family out for the afternoon, my wife decided we go to ocean basket newcastle.

1. The initial drinks as ordered wad nothing to what it supposed to be. - The bar tender used based Basil leaves in a mojito instead of Mint. - The ice was not crushed and bulk cubes. - The complete composition of the ****tail was incorrect.

The manager - leanne then came to our table to apologies for the incorrect drinks order and it was replaced with a new order.

2. After requesting our table be moved inside, all the drinks (cider + kids cooldrinks was spilled over my 9month old baby and wife.

- The manager never showed her face. - we were given a bill and charged for all the drinks spilled on my wife and baby. - there was no concern or consideration given to the wellbeing of my baby, taking into consideration all the plates and glasses fell onto my wife who was carrying the baby.

Newcastle ocean basket has a horrid customer service ethos. The food and service is ****. There is also a very clear racial divide in the waitron and how tables and clients are dealt with.

I will never recommend anyone support this horrid place.

I am more than willing for the branch to pulling their CCTV footage to verify all.
