Horrible take away service.

I ordered food for delivery from Ocean Basket Savannah mall. I asked for my food to have lemon butter sauce as you would get when you have a sit in and it didn't happen. The food was extremely dry. I ordered extra garlic sauce and paid for it and it was not included in my order. I asked for condiments and cutlery, that was not in the order as well and I'm in an environment where I don't have access to cutlery. Whats the point of all of these options and charging clients extra with no recourse. This store really needs a wake up call in terms of service .
