Horrible service by a tipsy waiter

Ocean busket mall of Africa gives the worst service ever. This is the third time I experience horrible service ,firstly management team that includes Vaughn and Donovan knows nothing about giving service nor managing the place. They re so unprofessional and inconsiderate so much the staff does as they please. I go to Ocean busket all the time and since management changed it horrible service,how we supposed to tip ???
