Horrible service at ocean basket

My husband and I went out to enjoy a Cappuccino and baklava at ocean basket emperor Palace but the service we got was horrible. From a waiter that says the cappuccino can't be served hot because I asked for cream to an ice cold baklava! It tasted like it was just taken from the fridge thrown on a plate.

You honestly don't deserve the name ocean basket!
