horrible service

<p>I went to Ocean Basket Sandton city to buy a take away meal. I specifically asked the waiter for my meal tobe grilled. When he brought back my meal, it was fried. I advised him of the mistake. He got irritable, did not apologised and said to me I told him I wanted fried. I then said to him, i know what i asked for and you confirmed it. He took my box, went upstairs and told me to wait while they fix it. He walked away carried on with other customers. When my meal was ready he just gave it to me with attitude and walked away. It is not my first time using this restuarant and they have always been helpful to me except for this occasion. My colleagues have told me before about the service and I used think they were over reacting up until today. I have never met such a rude and arrogant waiter in my life. When i asked him for his manager, he ignored me. The waiters name is Aleck Ncube. If this is how Ocean basket treats its customers, then i guess you have lost another loyal customer. I am very disappointed.</p>
