Horrible Service

<p> I am completely unhappy with the service at ocean basket zevenwaght. They just dont value their customers. Me and a friend had lunch and ordered the platter for two however wanted to make a swope for one of the on the platter. Instead of assiting us the waiter chose to ignore us. We threathened to leave and it was like they just dont care , our opposite table left the restuarant for the same problem. I was really craving the seafood and insisted on speaking to the manager to my surprise the type of service recieved from the manager too was astonishing. After arguing how cant they accomodate their client he finally agreed to having us change the one item. Not only was the food not up to standard but imagine ordering semi sweet wine as well and recieving the complete opposite the waiter couldnt even bring ua the bottle to confirm. That was the most horrible service I have ever received at any Ocean Basket before.</p>
