Horrible Horrible Food / Service Ocean Basket The Glen shopping centre

Worst service ever experienced @ Ocean Basket The Glen Shopping centre .

Went for a good evening out with the family to Ocean Basket the Glen shopping centre , first we were seated quickly by the waiter and orders were taken, then when the food came the prawns were off , so hard to deshell and the taste was horrible, the waiter was approached and we told him that the prawns was terrible and that one could not eat it and that we would like to rather cancel and go to another restaurant, the fish was full of bones and under cooked , the waiter and manager quickly raised their voices at us and advised that there is nothing wrong with the food and Told us that we will pay for what we tasted and will eat the food that was served . We refused and asked politely to please remove it from the bill so we can pay for our drinks and leave which they refused , the manager made a "Call " to the operational manager which advised that we will pay for the entire bill and all the food that was served to us (my son hasn't touched his food / my wife had a bite of her rice and myself had the a bite of the fish and tased the horrible prawns that was served . I was forced by the manager and ops manager to pay a full bill for horrible food that wasn't eaten and they never even given us a take away neither offered anything to make up for their mistake.

Let me give you a quick tip : ops manager / owner & manager - GO Fu@#%k yourself you will never see me or any of my family members ever again In any of your branches your service / food sucks big time . Focus on clients not on yourselfs , the attitudes stinks just like your wrotten food and *** service 🖕🖕🖕
