Horrible food and service.

I ordered a platter for one from Ocean Basket Mall of Africa with a peach soda and I requested condiments as well. My order arrived with no drink or condiments and the food was atrocious, no flavour and the quality was just horrible not to mention cold and poorly packaged as well. I've been trying to log a query regarding my experience and I was told that I’ll receive a R25 refund.. out of the R250 that I spent. I’ve been saying I want a full refund because nothing was right with that meal. I have not received any communication from the restaurant as well
