Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order for hake and calamari from Sandton City on Mr D. My order came with no calamari. I called Ocean Basket in Sandton City and the manager Kelvin told me I needed to come fetch the calamari myself at 21:30 other than that he had no way of correcting the issue.
