Horrible

I went to Ocean Basket in Irene mall in centurion for the first time and i regret going there and i have been doubting it but now i know, i went on a Sunday to share lunch with my family and guess what i asked the waiter to first just hold my baby bag just for a second as i wanted to to help my wife carry my son well, and i was told they dont carry bags and i honestly accepted it and had to help myself while she will be helping us finding a table to sit, we got the table and we ordered and guess what..the drinks came after 20 minutes and i had to stand up and ask why the delay but ok she apologised and we were now awaiting for our meals and we also awaiting about 30 minutes and also had to stand up and follow up and as we were eating no checks where done if we needed anything else while eating and the waiter was gone and i had to go and ask for the bill myself and i ended up paying at the till cause there was no service at all

shocked for days but at least i now know that Ocean basket cant cater for us and my fellow friends and people i know cause i will share the shocking service i received from this resturant...i doubt they are trained well and i believe we all working and have people to service so i wouldnt do the same knowing that i get paid everyday/month yearly because of this "stupid" customer

i ended up not enjoying my meal surely because of the service so i cant really comment on the food and sorry to the poor chef who cant get feedback about their cooking and maybe it was delicious but the waiter spoiled everything
