I had the worst dining experience at Ocean Basket in Camps Bay. The level of service was **********. We placed orders that never came. Our food arrived 2 hours late and the orders was still wrong. No attempt of an apology was offered by management. We decided to speak with the manager to suggest getting our waiter some help because it was clear he was not coping with our table (we were a party of 20 people) and the rest of the guests in the restaurant at the same time. The response was that there was nothing that he could do he just did not have the staff. This is not the type of response you give to a paying customer who will spending R3000 plus in your restaurant. The entire dining experience left me frustrated and embarrassed. I will NOT recommend anyone going to that branch of Ocean Basket.
