Highly disappointed

I have eaten Ocean Basket for over a decade and my experience has always been a great one until, last night when me and my husband went to Ocean Basket in Vangate Mall to break our fast for the day and celebrate our anniversary. To our disappointment the evening started off with a waitress we could barely understand, I felt she need more training in her presentation. Then came the plates, water and bread rolls with spreads. Upon pouring some water I was shocked to find a moldy looking object floating in the water and decided not to have any. Then while we were waiting for our food I looked at my plate to see it was full of greasy marks and showed my husband he then looked at his plate and it was also dirty. We sent it back with the waitress and she had brought us clean ones, no big deal right... We continued to wait and my husband the has some of the creamy spread with the roll and was revolted by the chemical taste he got from it and asked if it was just his taste buds. I then tasted it too and was really shocked at how bad it tasted as I have eaten it many times before. Our food then arrived and we decided to dig in as we were starving and still had hope of the meals would make up for all the other disappointments. Another let down I tell you. We share a platter an the fish was really hard on the outside, the prawns tasted as if it has been in a freezer for years falling apart as you took off the shell. And we have gave been given such a little chips with our meal I could not believe this was Ocean Basket!! I am truly a very unhappy and shock customer. I do not know if this is due to budget cuts but this is definitely a major drop in the brands standard. I would definitely not be going back there.
