<p>when i got at the restaurant i ordered a platter for two and two famous hake and chips for take aways. waited about 15 minutes, i did not check the parcel in store but as soon as i got home my mother and husband just took a s**** of rice as i wanted to take i noticed that there was ****roach running in the box. when i removed the plastic container in the box i then noticed ****roach eggs in the box. We immediately ttok back the take aways. The manager named Matthew. His first words was sorry i cant give you a refund because the banks are close, i had nothing to do with the banks infact i paid Cash for my meals and repeating that the restaurant does not have ****roach making as if i was lying. The way in which Mathhew and Danika handle the matter was unprofessional. im so disgusted, i will never ever enter any ocean basket!! </p>
