Half portioned Hake in a R410 platter!

Purchased a platter for two why I have had many times before. The hake what is meant to be 2x portions was one portion cut in half. When I contacted the Manager they said that this was instructions from Head Office and agreed that I take it up with them.

Its been 4 days no and no response after opening a dispute I was smsd that a customer consultant would contact me.

I have asked several times replying directly to their Facebook profile to please respond.

I have yet to receive any response from them.

This was a meal valued over R400 and still they don't seem to be bothered at the poor.

No one explained prior to me placing my order that this was the case!
