HAIR IN FOOD

I ordered a Mezze Platter at Ocean Basket, East Rand Mall and found a hair in my food twice!!!! I brought this to the attention of the Manager and he suggested to give me discount. The bill of about R130.00 came and he gave me R18.00 discount. Really???? Why should I even have to pay for this at all???? I complaint to customer care who promised that they will immediately send me a sms with the contact details and procedures. I'm still waiting!!!! Then I decided to contact Ocean Basket at East Rand Mall again to ask for the owner's details. I spoke to two Managers who promised to phone me back. Needless to say, I'm still waiting!!!!!
