Had the high tide platter ocean basket Suncoast. Rice was hard and dry. Prawns were like mash potato seemed tasteless and stuck to the shell like they were stale. Hake portion was ridiculously small like a baby portion. Nobody came to my table not once to ask how was the meal. Complained telephonically to the Manager AVESH. Almost 2 days his made no attempt to call me back or WhatsApp me to investigate but automatically assumed he came to my table to ask how was everything when he DIDN'T DO SO. HIS WHOLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME WAS UNEMPATHETIC ARROGANT AND INDIFFERENT!!?!! I'VE PHONED HIM BACK AT LEAST 3 TIMES TO INVITE ME ON WHATSAPP TO SEND MY RECEIPT. EACH TIME I GOT A PATHETIC EXCUSE. UP TO NOW I'M STILL WAITING. ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND PATHETIC MANAGER.
