Gordon's bay ocean basket the worst ever

Ocean basket Gordon's bay the worst service ever. Having a hard week at work decided to fish on the pier in front of ocean basket. Being a hot day decided to have a beer where better than to look at your rod and sit at a table to have a cold draft. Not in this case found 2 waitresses out side asked them twice about the draft beer but was not interested in me, she kept speaking to the guy that was sitting at the table she was leaning on. Then got told to go to the front sanitize and check my teparature. Got to the door only to be met by a ride aregent non friendly lady. Told her what the waiter said and her response was, we are quewing then explained my self that all the tables outside is empty not to mention the dirty tables inside and the 2 waitresses standing outside chatting up guys. I was then told a waiter will be sent out. Got back to the same table outside where the 2 waitresses still busy chatting. I then spoke to the waitress and asked her what beer on tap was available. Impossible to understand, it's like she **** one word with all offers of draft . Ordered a beer it came after a few minutes desperate for a cold beer and to leave as soon as possible I drank it as quick as I could and then the bottom of the glass exposed it's self dirty as hell parsley ,food particles just discusting. Showed the waitress the glass and she said ho. Fisherman or not, I'm a paying customer firstly teach the lady at the door to be professional. A manager of any environment should be an ambassador not a bulldog. **** smiling is not what we should get during this hard times. She and her staff should be lucky to have a job. Sadly it's not the first time I have had dirty stuff served at that branch and poor service is not new there either. I think you guys need a wake up there are plenty places in the harbour to have a drink or meal that is cheaper and better and have great service. I do not hesitate to tell people your establishment is becoming filthy and has the worst service from manager to waiter's. If anyone is at this store ask for hot boiling water for your glasses before u drink from it and good luck with the food I don't need to tell you if they can't clean a glass I wonder what there kitchen looks like. Do your self a favour send the manager and waiter's to Somerset mall branch learn from them. They know what they doing one of the best stores from service to cleanliness. Sadly all Gordon's bay ocean basket has is the location.
